I know how it is to have limited choices when it comes to baked goods if you have a food allergy. Thats why I want too make it my goal that my company will have items for all. I am working to create gluten free and dairy free recipes at the moment so right now my selections are not to broad but will expand in the future. I take gluten free and dairy free very seriously so there won't be any cross contamination but they will be baked in a kitchen with dairy and gluten products so there is always a chance of cross contamination.
I will be making everything from scratch. I am currently enrolled in pastry school so my recipes and abilities are growing everyday. I can make almost anything just reach out and ask.
